At the Irish Bioeconomy Foundation CLG, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns Period

  • Time Frame: You may return items within 28 days after dispatch.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in saleable condition:
    • No tears, writing, or damage to the book.
    • Sealed packs must be unopened.
  • Documentation: Include a copy of your order confirmation email or invoice with the return so we can identify it as yours.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect or faulty book, or if your book arrived damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Before Returning:

    • Provide:
      • Your full name and contact information.
      • Order number.
      • Description of the issue.
      • Photographs of the damage or incorrect item.
  2. Await Instructions:
    • Our team will respond promptly with further instructions.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:
    • IBF will cover the return postage costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase:

  1. Prepare Your Return:
    • Ensure the book is in saleable condition.
    • Include the order confirmation email or invoice inside the package.
  2. Ship the Item:
    • Use your local postal service or preferred courier.
    • Securely package the book to prevent damage during transit.
    • Note: Return postage costs for change of mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

Processing Your Return

    • IBF is not responsible for any customs fees incurred on returned items.
  • Lost or Delayed Returns:
    • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
    • IBF is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
