National Bioeconomy Campus

The Irish Bioeconomy Foundation is developing a National Bioeconomy Campus at Lisheen, Co. Tipperary - with a view to exploiting the significant opportunities which existed to produce high value bio-based chemicals from domestically available low value biomass residues.

The National Bioeconomy Campus will be an exemplar for rural economic development advancing industrial development through collaboration between industries and between Industry and research performing organisations.
